Next, we will visit the famous Lisjak oil mill, where you will be introduced to the culture of olive growing and where you will have the opportunity to taste their extra virgin olive oils. The excursion continues with a visit to the largest wine cellar in Slovenian Istria - Vinakoper winery, where you can see their cellar, learn about everything that is behind their exceptional wines and taste them.

We will conclude the experience with dinner at the famous Karjola restaurant, where authentic Istrian dishes, top-quality wines, and sweet specialties of the Land of Refosco are available.
