OLDEST VINEYARD

Description

The Vilij Bržan winery is known not only for its excellent bottled wines, but also for having the oldest Refosco vineyard in the world. The Lunčevec vineyard is over 150 years old and is also recognized for its stone structure. Winemaker Vilij Bržan will take you on a tour of the vineyard and offer a sample of Refosco wine, which was grown in this vineyard. This will be followed by a visit to the winery, where you can taste two more wine samples along with an excellent local Istrian snack.
