Description
We will start our journey at the Wine Fountain Marezige, where you will receive tasting package 1. After receiving a glass and tasting tokens, you can use them to taste local wines at the Wine Fountain with homemade Istrian cold cuts.
Then we will take a wine bus towards the Herbal Garden of Slovenian Istria, where you will learn about the secrets of herbalism and visit the famous herbal labyrinth. Next, we will visit the Rodica wine cellar, known for its excellent local wines. You will be familiarized with the process of wine production on location, which you will then also taste.
We will conclude the experience with dinner at the famous Karjola restaurant, where authentic Istrian dishes, top-quality wines, and sweet specialties of the Land of Refosco are available.
